Store Policy

At DUMI LLC, we make every effort to give our customers a fair and rewarding shopping experience. We believe that our policies do just that. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.

General Policy

DUMI LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges unless we caused an error, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please refer to the following policies for more information on damaged products, lost/stolen products, or if  the wrong item is received. Note: due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be extended up to 3 weeks for delivery. 

 

Taxes

Taxes will be applied to all orders shipping in the US or Internationally.

Payment Methods

DUMI LLC accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal, we do not accept payments via third party payment apps such as CashApp.

Gift Cards, Coupons, & Discounts

Gift Cards are available for purchase, please visit our store. All discounts are digital and are valid for a specific time; discount codes are one time use per order.

Refunds/Returns Policy

DUMI LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges unless we caused an error, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please refer to the following policies for more information on damaged products, lost/stolen products, or if  the wrong item is received. Note: due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be extended up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Invalid Address Policy

In the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient's address to be invalid, the customer will receive an email notification. After two attempts, if no response has been received from the customer within 48 hours, the parcel will be shipped out to the address provided.

Shipping addresses must include full address details and customers should ensure the address is recognized by major mail carriers. Failure to ensure "ship to" address accuracy may result in parcels being delivered to the incorrect address. In that event, no refunds or exchanges will be granted. 

 

Wrong Item

If an order is believed to be incorrect or the wrong item has been received, please contact us immediately via email at dumiapparel@gmail.com

In the email please include the following:

  • Recipient name, order number, screenshot of order summary.

  • Include a photo attachment of the items received.

 

Lost/Stolen Package Policy

If you have received confirmation that your package has been delivered and you have not received it. Please verify the shipping address that you provided, and contact your local post office to ensure that they have not received your package. If you are unable to locate your package after 5 business days of delivery confirmation, send an email to dumiapparel@gmail.com

Note: Prior to contacting your bank, please reach out to DUMI LLC in attempts to rectify this situation. 

 

Damaged Products Policy

If an item is delivered broken or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order via email at dumiapparel@gmail.com

In the email please include the following:

  • Recipient name, order number, screenshot of order summary.

  • Include a photo attachment of the items received.

Shipping Policy

DUMI LLC offers shipping in the US and International. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. Once shipped, all customers will receive a USPS tracking code for their order included in an email notification. Note: due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be extended up to 3 weeks for delivery.

 

Local Pick-Ups

Please email us at DUMI LLC if you are local to the Baltimore area. From there, we will alert you when your order is ready then establish a time for pick up in person.
